Case history- Patient came with the complain of mobility and pain on the lower front teeth region.
Intraoral examination shows grade 3 mobility in 31 41 and grade 2 mobility on the 32 42 33 43
IOPA shows severe bone loss irt 41 31 peri apical infection and mild bone loss irt 32 33 42 43
Treatment done – extraction of 31 41 and RCT done in 32 33 42 43 and 8 unit joint zirconia bridge given from 44_34.
